Hardware Knowledge
Hardware is a fancy word for the physical parts of a machine. For example the wires, boards, resistors, screens, etc. At Spawn Camp you will learn what different hardware components are and how they work together to make machines run.

Spawn Camp is the perfect place to make friends with others you may not have ever met otherwise. This is a place to form alliances and teams to tackle the cyber world together.
Software Knowledge
Software is the opposite of hardware. It is the parts of machines you cant physically touch like the code or the operating system. At Spawn Camp we have tons of classes teaching you about how computers really work behind the scenes.
Hacker Skills
To be a hacker you need to also be a problem solver. Hacking is all about knowing how systems, websites, computers, and other things work then thinking of/finding ways to make them do what you want. Spawn Camp is the perfect place to learn and practice these skills in a fun collaborative environment
Aren't hackers bad guys? Isn't hacking illegal?
Believe it or not, not all hackers are bad people! In fact, you can be a ethical (good) hacker.
Hacking something you don't own or don't have permission to hack is a crime, but there are ways to learn and practice hacking skills legally.
CTF's are hacker challenge games where you can do this.
Companies also hire hackers to make their systems more secure. By paying a hacker to break into their system the company can learn where it's weak points are and fix them. That way if a bad attacker tries to hack the system it is more secure than before!
